NC Notary Plus offers expedited Apostille services
My Document Review is FREE! Text a copy of all pages of your document to me (taken with your cell phone is fine). If more than one 'document', be sure I know where one begins and one ends. I'll review it for eligibility – not all documents qualify for an Apostille.
Services include state fees, photo confirmation of completion, and return shipping to any US address. International shipping is higher.
Services are available Monday through Friday only (when the Secretary of State offices are open). Documents received on weekends will be processed on Monday.
I accept all major credit cards. After the free document review, I'll need to collect the full fee for service.
Notarization services, if needed, are an extra fee of $10 per signature.
How much does it cost?
Call or Text me for a quote - there are many variables for each case so I don't have published prices. I will give you the best rate I can while covering my costs. A discount is available for additional document(s) to be Apostilled, when provided at the same time.
Normal Turnaround - 72-Hour Apostille Service
Your original document(s) can be received by me in person or shipped to me; turnaround time starts when I receive them. Processed documents can be returned to you (shipped or in-person if local), or shipped elsewhere via FEDEX to any USA address (Overnight shipping within the USA is included). International shipping rates will apply if applicable. Documents received on Friday will arrive back to you on Tuesday. If needed, notarization services are provided at $10 per signature.

Definition of an Apostille
State Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, court orders, school records or any other document issued by a state agency and needed for use in other countries.
